The door has had several functions over time: at the beginning, it was the door to my house, then a table and now, a work. Rethinking the object. Using it in a different way: everyday objects depend on the way they are shown, the way they are worked upon.

In this installation the suspended door tightens the void. It can be thought as a “step towards”, a portal between two opposite places in the same object. Is it the beginning or the end of the road? Is it in or out? Inhabiting duality.
